Monitor the network

1. Open Overview.
2. Review Playing soon — keep an eye on these, In flight, and Recently settled.
3. Use Refresh and the available sorting controls.
4. Open a request to investigate it.

For a broader search, open All requests, search, select a status filter, and adjust sorting.

Manage a request

Pending requests offer editing, cancellation, and decision controls. For First Available requests, select the course whose decision you are recording. Review the date, time window, party, and history before acting on behalf of a pro shop.

Use the request-decision instructions and home-pro-shop management instructions for the controls shared with managers.

Booked or unbooked requests must be reopened before editing. Reopening clears the current outcome and decision trail and restarts the choices; coordinate existing reservations first. Cancelled requests can be deleted after confirmation.

Review events

Open Activity to search across clubs and filter by category. Administrators also have Staff & settings events. Add internal notes on the request when other staff need context.
