Troubleshoot common problems
I cannot sign in
Verify your email, then reset your password. If you see an inactive-membership message, ask your pro shop to check that your email is on an active roster. Resetting your password will not restore membership.
No partner courses appear
Your club may not have activated any partnerships yet. Check which club you are viewing if you belong to more than one. Ask your pro shop to review network partners.
My request has not moved
Open the request timeline. Sequential requests can wait for a booking window to open. You may skip a live choice when the control is available. First Available requests remain open with undecided courses until one awards a time or no live choice remains.
I received no email
For account activation, read the message below Send activation link. Wait for the resend countdown to finish; changing the email does not shorten the wait. If activation is temporarily unavailable, try again later. An accepted request does not confirm that your email is on the roster. Check spam, then ask your pro shop to verify your email and active membership if the link does not arrive.
Check My requests for the recorded outcome, then check spam. Your pro shop may have paused automatic emails or may need to contact you manually. Staff should review notification handling and the activity log.
A save reports that the request changed
Another staff member or course may have acted first. Refresh and read the current outcome before retrying. This is especially relevant to First Available requests.
The screen will not load
Refresh the page and try signing in again. If the issue persists, members should contact their pro shop; course staff should contact the Reciprocal Desk. Include the screen name, request identifier if available, and exact error text. Never send your password or an invitation/reset link.

First-time access and email links
Golf Genius roster sync does not automatically email invitations. Members select First time here? Activate your member account and use their active roster email. Managers and network administrators should use Staff invitation help instead.
After requesting a link, check the address on Check your email, including spelling, then check spam. Correct it with Change email address, or wait for the resend countdown. The message protects account privacy and does not guarantee that the address is on an active roster. Ask your pro shop to verify the roster entry if nothing arrives.
An expired, reused, or missing email link shows recovery options instead of an unusable password form. Select Request a new link and use the newest email. Temporary connection errors can be retried without re-entering the form.
