Cancel or delete a request

Cancel a pending request

1. Open My requests and select the request.
2. Select Cancel this request.
3. Select Tap again — cancel request to confirm.
4. Verify the status is Cancelled.

Cancellation stops the entire pending request, including its remaining course choices.

Delete a cancelled request

1. Open the cancelled request.
2. Select Delete this request.
3. Confirm Tap again — delete forever.

Deletion removes the request; it is not the same as marking an outcome read.

If your request is already booked

Members cannot cancel a booked request using these controls. Contact your home pro shop about the reservation. Completed booked or unbooked requests cannot be deleted by members.
